Pilates is an integration of movement and exercise to develop body awareness,improve posture ,flexibilty and breath control.
It has many benefits - toning,flexibiliity,stress reduction and relaxation to name a few. Modified Pilates is a combination of Physiotherapy and Pilates Rehabilitation exercise and movement taught by Angela.
